I am a Marine Corp brat born on a military base in Cherry Point,NC and have been on the move ever since. Most of my childhood was spent in Wooster, OH. I attended OSU and graduated with a BA in Criminology - Go Bucks!!! I worked as a certified drug counselor at a women’s halfway house for a few years. Then I packed up and moved to Las Vegas, hoping to get in the FBI. I went through all the training and extensive background checks only to find out they had enacted a hiring freeze.  This is when I got into sales. I worked for the biggest distributor in the country of adult beverages for a few years. Then decided it was time for a child lol! So my husband and I relocated to Portage Lakes, OH to be close to family. I had my son, the love of my life, in 2000.  I continued working in the adult beverage distribution arena, got promoted to Sales Manager (first women in the companies history) and then decided it was time for my next adventure! I quit and opened my own clothing business (brick & mortar) in Green in 2008. Well, just so happens this was also the year of the greatest recession in my lifetime and I had to close up shop. Lost everything, including my house. Not to worry, I had a friend bring me on to sell insurance. I got licensed and played with that for a few years. I decided that was not for me and got back into the adult beverage distribution side of things. This time with a boutique wine distributor out of Cleveland. I loved the job but after 5 years the driving was getting to much! I had customers all over NE Ohio. Then the pandemic hit and I found myself having to reinvent myself again. I have always been very interested in real estate and interior design. My friends and family had been telling me for years that I should get into RE. So January 1st, as my New Year’s resolution, I signed up for my classes and now here I am!!! So excited to start this new journey!!!!!
