I think it's safe to say the 4 letter "C" word isn't well received by many people. Lucky for those people, this Canton Township looker is located in the Canton South School District and not Canton "C-"I-T-Y. This hunk of a house has had some major updating including all new roof, central air, hot water tank, electric panel, retaining walls, front porch, covered back deck and new concrete front sidewalk. Also new throughout is the flooring, light fixtures and neutral paint tones. Living room is adorned with pretty fireplace and opens up to the darling dining room through the original french doors. Door off of the dining room leads to the covered back deck. Crisp white kitchen cabinets and counter tops are, you guessed it, all new. Eat-in area off of the kitchen is flooded with natural light and a great place to start your day. Second floor is where you'll find the smile-making ginormous bedrooms and cheery full bath. 1 car attached garage, walk-out basement, and the additional lot to the East, makes this Canton Township home one H-E double hockey sticks, of a great deal............;)
